Pizza Cook / Line Cook
As a Pizza Cook at Via 313, you'll be at the heart of everything we do — crafting our signature Detroit-style square pizzas with precision and passion. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen where quality and consistency are paramount. Previous pizza or kitchen experience is a plus, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are what we value most.
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player attitude
- Weekend availability preferred

Front-of-House Team Member
Be the face of Via 313 and deliver exceptional guest experiences from the moment customers walk through our doors. Your role includes taking orders, processing payments, maintaining a clean dining area, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Friendly, energetic, and customer-first — that's who we're looking for.
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- POS system familiarity a plus
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Flexible availability including evenings
Shift Supervisor
Lead your shift with confidence and keep operations running smoothly. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure quality standards are met, handle guest concerns, and support the General Manager. This is an excellent stepping stone to restaurant management.
- 1+ year restaurant experience required
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Food manager certification preferred
- Reliable and punctual
Catering Coordinator
Help grow Via 313's catering business by coordinating orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring flawless event execution. You'll be the link between our kitchen team and our catering clients — from small office lunches to large corporate events. Sales experience and excellent organization are key.
- Event coordination or catering experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Sales background a plus
Delivery Driver
Bring Detroit-style pizza directly to our customers' doors with a smile. As a Delivery Driver for Via 313, you'll represent our brand in the community and ensure orders arrive hot, fresh, and on time. Earn competitive base pay plus tips, with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.
